Tried to cancel an appointment and couldn't get through. No provision on answer machine to leave a message when closed or busy to cancel appointments and then got a text to say I'd missed it. The phone just keeps saying engaged a lot of the time. People haven't got time to sit on the telephone for an hour and wait for the system to become free.
Would benefit from a cancellation only line on their system for out of hours messages or busy to help the surgery help themselves from people missing appointments due to their telephone system.

Staff are always really lovely and helpful, they just need their technology and communication processes brought into this century.

Been trying to get hold off somebody since 4pm, doctor rang me told me to send photos we got no link to send photos to. Please can some let me know what to do. All I get is the women talking about Covid . Still on hold now it’s 18.10 been on the phone for over 2 hours.

Been my doctors office my hole life and I think ive been fit in to about 1 appointment that entire time and now there number doesn’t even work 👍🏻

Appalling, on hold for hours, no appointments, unhelpful staff

Waited 4 weeks for blood test results, which was a phone call - they assured me the doctor would call at 9:10, they called at 9:30 and let it ring 3 times before cutting off. Never called back. Took 30 minutes to get through to the surgery even tho I was no. 1 in the queue and the doc still hasn’t called back… if you want good health, sign up elsewhere!

On the phone for ages. Get through to 0 appointments at either surgery or GP+. Told to call back every day until an appointment opens up as they have no rotas for advancement appointments.

Receptionist was rude on the phone.
No option to book online.
Can't comment on the actual surgery or gps as I can never get an appointment. I always end up having to phone 111 or pay for a private consultation.

Literally been on phone for 1 hour 30 no one answers and in same queue position. How do you get an emergency appt?

Just spoke with the most rudest receptionist, seriously outrageous the way she has just handled my phone call, highly recommend you go anywhere but here!!! Absolute joke to be honest
