I want to thank all the wonderful staff at the practice. They are all brilliant and the care is beyond excellent. My GP is the kindest and most helpful doctor I have known in my 57 years on this planet!! Highly recommended. Thank you all 😊

I had to knock of two stars, as I feel it has slipped over the past year due to the pandemic. However I'm not one to compare.

In a positive note the staff are definitely understanding and have patience of an angel, haven't had a bad experience when visiting the practice.

Though if I could recommend an area improvement I would say being able to see or speak too a nurse or GP a lot quicker; however, like most places they under strain either pandemic or not.

Changed to the surgery a few weeks ago, and must say everyone very pleasant, and helpful, and managed to get face to face appointment when necessary

Really friendly helpful staff and always see me same day if needed and have a great online contact platform too. 👍 best GP surgery I've ever been registered to.

Just want to say a thankyou and think he definitely deserves a mention on here. A doctor called James wilcockson. Amazing and can’t thank him enough for the help he’s gave my family member . Understanding of the disability and bad times she going through . So caring and kind. We definitely need more people in the world like him would be such a nicer place 💙💙 reception staff always brilliant and helpful aswell ❤️

I have to say I have never had a doctor who has listened to what I have had to say and shown so much interest and care. Dr. Wilcockson made me feel so at ease, which made it easy to talk about my concerns and issues. It was unbelievable that not only did he listen to my problems at present, but he also looked at previous appointments and checked how I have been regarding those. He really is a breath of fresh air and is a remarkable person/ doctor! It was lovely to feel heard and have someone who really does want to ensure they do everything they possibly can to help you feel well again. A massive thank you!

I have to have medical help a LOT because of underlying conditions and after very bad experience at previous doctor's surgery I can honestly say that I was blown away by how absolutely wonderful the admin staff are at this surgery, always kind, helpful and smiley. The staff do their utmost to help. This has changed my life for the better. Please be kind to these lovely people.

Just been spoken to like complete dirt by a patronising doctor, dismissing the fact that I have tonsilitis as a lie and that my throat swelling up due to a reaction to the antibiotics is in my head. All this over a phone call appointment so he hadn't even seen the white spots all over my tonsils. I have had tonsilitis all my life and I bloody well know what tonsilitis is and how it presents, but I was labelled a timewaster!
