I have been with Dr Oza for several years and have always found him to be most professional, and understanding, he takes his time to listen to your needs and gives his advice generously.

I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery !

I’m not personally registered at this GP, however my girlfriend is. I have sat with her as she’s been in tears from her experiences there. Specifically Dr Oza who is patronizing and helpless, he offers little to no support to his patients and instead of listening to symptoms he just tells you what’s wrong. It’s incredibly dangerous and left my girlfriend feeling disregarded . If you are going to be a practicing GP then you need to listen and understand, these are skills Dr Oza lacks. A patient shouldn’t feel more anxious after a visit than before. Avoid this Complex and this supposed Doctor like the plague.

My experience of The Health Care Complex has been truly awful and I don’t understand how they can still call themselves a functioning GP service. As it is my local GP I have been there when necessary over the years, and I don’t know how these doctors can call themselves health care professionals. Every single time I have been ill or have a had a problem and a general worry, I have felt as though I have been truly dismissed and the correct questions have not been asked. As I study Pharmacy now I understand more about the ways a professional healthcare professional should approach a situation and this is not it! Recently I called 111, with a medical query and they asked me more questions about my symptoms and how I’ve been feeling in a short phone call then any of these doctors over the course of years of consultations. Of course I am not a doctor and not planning to be one but these individuals seem as if they have lacking knowledge, which is very misleading for other individuals who trust everything they say and obviously know nothing better. After all no one wants to challenge a doctor. However, I have left consultations upset and not satisfied with my overall assessment, and one time even shouted at by one of the doctors which in no scenario is it the slightest appropriate. I am honestly traumatised by these doctors and now whenever I have a problem I would rather suffer and go to A&E then come here. To put it in perspective one time I had a breast scare and when I googled my symptoms the NHS website told me to visit my GP just to get checked up and when I went to get some peace of mind the doctor after hearing all my symptoms didn’t even want to examine me. I understand the NHS is strained but just a 5 minute longer consultation that really goes through all symptoms and possibilites would put a lot of people’s minds at rest, and would stop them getting really worried at night and taking space in A&E, when a GP could have handled the situation. All these doctors can honestly do is prescribe painkillers, which we can all buy over the counter. Thank you, next.

I have been visiting this practice for years and have found everyone helpful and dedicated. Not only this but i have found the best medical care and dedication. I thoroughly recommend and although now 70 years old with greater needs I feel confident when i see the doctor and the nursing staff.

I normally have a good experience with dr nam like 5 stars for his appointments.

But every appointment I've had with a nurse called wendy is awful. She is rude and quite nasty to be honest. Past experiences were jabs etc and I've been almost shouted at for moving when I'm scared of jabs? And then now my partner was sat quietly on his phone playing a game.. I get there is a sigh but we didnt see it. And it's not like there was any equipment out it was an asthma test. He said sorry straight away and turned of his phone that didnt even make a noise. Yet she continues to have a go at him and make him feel little.

Dr nam is the best doctor I've ever had.
Always takes the time to listen to you.

Only seen doctor oza a handful of times but he was fine and now he's retired.

Everytime I try ringing the doctors the end the phone call on me the receptionists are rude never known a doctors to like this honestly it’s a joke

Shocking service!! Never answer the phone, they just allow it to ring whilst staring at their computers, not even speaking to any patients which tells me it's personal use!! You need a whole new stack of receptionists! Get rid of the idle no good ones you have now!
