Practice surgery is worse than a village surgery. Most of the time there’s only two doctors in there when there’s a third it doesn’t last long.
Doctors late in the morning and always late in between patients.
They are so busy that they can’t give any appointments fast enough which will be usually two weeks later or they say call on the next day as emergency but you never get if you do you are lucky.
They are always saying go to the walk-in centre without listening what’s the matter.
When you go walk-in centre nurses say you need to see your GP
But unfortunately my GP is never available...

GPs never take time to listen carefully what’s the matter neither touching you they just refer to hospital straight away and in the hospital they can’t understand the matters and sent back to GP like playing ping pongs with patients

If you talk about mental health, they just print out a couple of pages with information and up to you go and read understand by yourself ...

They close one hour during the day which is a waste of time, hold on a minute which year are we??
Is it necessary one hour closed?

The chemist store next door has closed down and there’s no any chemist close by ...

Health visitor service and breastfeeding group are not available anymore because they rent them out for office use

Is it not time to close down the whole thing instead of wasting time the NHS money

Receptionists not professional at all taking so long to make conversation about personal issues with patients and when it’s your turn to sign in because the self checking is not working Receptionist says Sorry you are late and you need to rebook which is another two weeks
Meanwhile suffer ...

I have been with this surgery for 30 years+. The reception staff are helpful and polite. Dr. Clark is an exceptional Doctor. The nurses are brilliant. Don't take any notice of the negative reviews. These guys are working on a very limited budget due to the tory government. You all deserve a big thank you. THANK YOU. MARTIN.M

Plague legs? Chuffty coughles? Moose horn? A dippy flap? Krypton's Syndrome? Sir Lenny Unblock Syndrome? A touch of frabbles hot timpenny? Snaggles? Or just plain old slump face, whatever ails thee, these guys will endeavour to use all the magic available to them to identify firstlythust, your malady and then secondlysome, an applicable curative. I was prescribed a Roman bath and hot crazy egg scattered upon the affected area, for my affected area disease where areas of the stretched pantheon of soul are cluttered with slack vole attentiveness disorder and must be crazy egged into a submissive state of preparedness. Then, into the bins for a spiritual flanneling, overseen by Mucky Johnny, the practice bumpfer. Still ill? I don't believe you. How could you be? With the power of 'Wist Punterghast Mindico Prektiss' at your disposal. How?

Recently moved to this surgery and had my first experience with them today and wow what a breath of fresh air. I requested an appointment online at 6.30am the receptionist called me around 9.30 and advised a Doctor would call me the same day around lunch time!

Spoke to the doctor, very knowledgeable, and organised tests promptly. A credit to the NHS. Thank you.

Awful, no care or concern for patients with mental health issues. Nothing but shrugs and a suggestion to 'find help on the internet' - honestly truly never experienced anything like it. From the shouting of my last name to call me from the waiting area (much like you'd call a dog) to the eye rolling and suggestion that 'well everyone thinks they've got ADHD nowadays' yes, probably because it's vastly under-diagnosed in women, by 'medical professionals' such as yourself. I left crying and still Dr Plume couldn't muster up an ounce of compassion. Will be finding a new doctor, where empathy and kindness are valued.

Always very professional and friendly service from the doctors, nurses and health visitors. That can't be said about the reception staff who ask too many personal questions. Usually a very long wait for an appointment with a GP, especially if you're a working person and are not always free.
