I have been with this practice for three and a half years. Compared to my last practice I find the staff very friendly and efficient . The emergency apt system works well and Appoinments can be made in a short space of time. The text messaging service to remind appointment times with the ability to cancel is good. The nursing team are friendly and work well together. The pharmacy staff are friendly too. My Appoinments with Dr Majike (?) And Dr Farook are honest and thorough. It’s not until you have something to compare it to do you not always appreciate what you have. The only thing that lets this practice down are patients who don’t turn up for Appoinments and forget to cancel. Time is money and wellbeing . Well done. #greatworking together throughout the practice.

Nice quick accessible doctors surgery and pharmacy all in the same grounds as Avicenna medical centre, ample parking and plenty of disabled spots

Receptionist team are a joke. They have all the intelligence to diagnose you on the spot and discard it as not an emergency. Yet can't muster up a single brain cell to make a booking beyond a day. Just show up tomorrow and wait for a doctor to see you. No in A and E it's quicker.

Bunch of rude horrible cxnts! Shocking attitudes

Give you a time slot to ring for emergency appointments and then keep the phones disconnected so you cant get through to anyone. Tried E consult but it tells me i need to ring doctors. When youre in this much pain the last thing you need is to have to ring 53 times and still none the wiser. Only now ill have to wait another day for an emergency appointment (if they answer) 😠

The surgery as always been very good with me and my family .and top doctors very supportive there always got the time for you .always been very good with us and the nurses are fab and reception staff .

Can’t fault the doctors here have looked after me well over the last three weeks, always phone when they say they will and even go a phone call this morning and and face to face later in the day. Thank you Dr Jones and the team.
