I have been registered at this doctors for almost three months and am yet to get an appointment.
Any previous surgery has asked me to come in for a 'first check up', where my medication is reviewed, my health is checked and I get to meet my doctor. This hasn't happened.
I suffer with an on going physical illness which requires regular health checks, however when I ring or pop down to make an appointment I am told to wait two weeks or ring at 8am. When you do ring at 8am (dead on) you are on hold until the line eventually goes dead. When or if you get through around 20- 30 minutes later you're told to ring back at 8am or wait two weeks.
My partner also broke his wrist and after A&E etc was told to get a doctors appointment for any on going pain or sick notes. The receptionist outright refused to make an appointment and told him to go back to A&E if it was still hurting. Eventually we had to and felt like complete time wasters.
I would NOT recommend this doctors. You simply cannot get appointments and when you try you're treated like you're just trying to annoy the receptionists.

The nurses, midwives and past Doctors have all been wonderful. Sadly they are let down by absolutely awful receptionists who are rude and unhelpful. Recently the surgery only has one doctor and the wait times are far too long, the last 2 times I went to see the GP I had to wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment. I have now changed surgery and am far happier in Stanwell road.

My wife, son and I have been here for 16 years. I’ve seen all doctors and nurses and they’ve been brilliant. Dr Harris has been great for me as a typical bloke who avoids going to the doctors from muscular skeletal, genital and prostate to just good counselling. My wife has always been made to feel important and well looked after. Dr Harris has been great with boy since he was a baby through to a stroppy teenager. Highly recommended for care, compassion and first class medical knowledge.

Really difficult to get through in the morning sometimes calling over 200 times before you can get through - surely it would be better to have a virtual queue rather than having to try your luck.

This review is mainly 5 stars for Sue at reception - she is absolutely fantastic! So helpful, friendly and an absolute pleasure to speak with - thank you Sue!!!

I have been registered with this surgery now for nearly 10yrs and I wouldn.t go anywhere else. There are comments here about the rudeness of the staff etc, I personally have never found that to be true, yes at times it takes a while to get through on the phone but, name me a surgery where that doesn't apply.
This surgery is outstanding in my humble opinion the Doctors take time to listen to you they are friendly and in my case have looked after me exceptionally well.
I accept people have different opinions and experiences but for me a perfect 10.
Thank you Dr L for looking after me the way you do.

Not one to usually write reviews but please avoid this surgery if you can.
Doctors and nurses are wonderful but front line staff at reception are incredibly rude and always takes forever to get through to them.
Sighing and huffing on the phone when you ask questions, completely unhelpful and feels as though their job is a chore. In the line of work that they are in you'd expect someone to be caring and compassionate but these come across as though they have better things to do than help their patients.

Awful. You will get passed from pillar to post by the rude receptionist. Takes ages to get through on the phone and when you do they palm you off anyway. Doctors are amazing but you can’t see them.

Biggest issue is getting through on the phone. Appointments usually aren't available if you haven't managed to get through to speak to somebody at 8am. You are asked to try again the following day at the same time.

They desperately need a modern telephone queueing system where it tells you the position you are in the queue. Far too often it's just an engaged tone.

2 stars as some of the staff are great, but the actual process of getting to see/speak to somebody is just hard work most of the time at the moment sadly.
