To get a doctor to phone you is bad as i been waiting to talk to DR since wednsday its now closed and its saturday

Very impressed with this surgery. We've been with the practice for 3.5 years. The staff are all friendly and helpful. In my experience the nurses and GPS alike are very proactive in caring for my health. I've never been unable to get an appointment and I'm rarely kept waiting in the waiting room past my appointment time. I would be afraid to move out of the area because prior to moving here the gp surgery was dreadful. So I'm staying put.

Recently joined this practice and really impressed with it’s service and efficiency.Reception team always friendly and helpful, have no problems getting an appointment,and my GP was empathetic, knowledgeable and professional.

I've never had such a great experience with a doctor's surgery. Friendly, kind receptionists and knowledgeable, kind doctor's.

My last surgery was awful and I was so surprised by the difference.

All too often we hear negative things about GP practices, I have experienced quite a few in England. The surgery here I can only say has been incredible. They helped me care for my elderly mother in such a compassionate and caring way I felt safe and supported, when things got tough. I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the receptionists, GPs and especially the District Nurses, you should be so proud of the work you do, you made a real difference, and I will always be grateful.

I have been with this surgery since I was child, it's got the best Dr,s and they provide the best service too. They will always see you or ring you back, they've been awesome with my whole family.
