Tumble Surgery

i am very disappointed with this surgery and crosshands. cancelling app rude receptionists and struggling to get an app for such a minor thing. llandeilo surgery was far superiour and you should take note of how they treat the public and helping. if u hadnt moved oyt of area would never have left. will dedinateky try to find another surgery.

Good doctors and support staff behind them.

First class surgery, friendly doctors, nurses and staff, ever been any hassle to get an appointment

Very rude receptionist have problems booking appointment don't listen to you just tell you there's nothing they can do

Always helpful staff, particularly good diabetic treatment with 6 monthly check ups with well informed nurses

It took me months to get paperwork sorted through this practice. It is run on a shoestring and some days of the week there aren't even any doctors there to see people. The phone is always ringing or engaged because they're so busy with usually only one or two staff on, as a result, their attitude is usually pretty short, but I don't blame them for it!
Consistently messing up my prescriptions with long delays and poor communication between this practice, the cross hands practice and the pharmacies.

No stars! This surgery wants shutting down!! Completely useless . Don't seem to know what they are doing. Cancer patient won't send someone to help give him medication. Ring 111 and been told no doctor in the Carmarthen area! 999 8 hours for a ambulance. Then to be told to ring the doctor as it be easier then this! Shocking!!
