HIGHLY HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED! Never felt so dismissed or ignored by a doctors surgery. Very difficult to receive an appointment due to a very poorly designed appointment system. Try to explain my issue but was interrupted and brushed off like it meant nothing. This has happened almost every time I have had an appointment here. Save your time AND HEALTH and find a different surgery.

I am utterly shocked at how I was treated at my last appointment… I had FINALLY managed to make a appointment regarding some symptoms I had been experiencing. I arrived at my appointment on time but was kept waiting for around 15 minutes which is understandable given the current situation. I was called in for my appointment and as soon as I entered the room I felt very rushed. It didn’t seem like the doctor/nurse was even paying attention to what I was telling her. After a pointless 2 minute discussion about the symptoms, she proceeded to tell me that it was nothing to worry about and suggested I take some medication to help them. I had also mentioned on the phone when booking the appointment that I was experiencing BREATHING issues, something that I deemed to be fairly serious. I asked if I could ask another question regarding the breathing issues and before I could even finish the question, she told me “No you may not, you’re only allowed to ask 2 question and we have other people waiting.” I had been in the doctors office for around 4 minutes MAXIMUM and was refused any further help regarding my health. In short, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to be seen for my own appointment, once I was seen, I was only allowed to ask 2 questions and could not be helped longer than 4 minutes. I understand there is a lot of pressure of these places right now but this was on another level of unprofessionalism. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN

Very poor service. No one seems to pass on information to others, communication is poor, still very difficult to get an appointment. Loads of unessesary information whilst trying to get through, poor appointment availability, generally avoid if at all possible.

Absolutely atrocious level of care. The receptionists have always been rude and entitled (I was a patient there for the first 19 years of my life) but it has just gotten worse. Hence leaving. However my family are still patients. My brother has been treated like dirt by the reception staff who have a number of times lied about calling and sending prescriptions. They are dangerous people.

Foul place. Everytime I go they seem to know nothing of me and my medical conditions. So rude and dismissive. Didn’t listen to a word of what I had to say for 4 years. I’m convinced not a single person who works there has a single care for anyone. Even the receptionists have more intent on talking about cats than helping the long cues of people waiting to be helped.

Took them over 12 days to provide my chemist with a percription for my much needed heart medication. Absolutely atrocious service provided.

I had a blood test done last Thursday and then I told the lady about my breathing problems so she said that she can't do anything about it so she'll put me on the call back list. The doctor called me at 10:06 that morning when I was at work even though I did say to the lady I was working that day then that even I phoned then back I told the lady I that I'm working 10 - 3 (3:30) tomorrow , they decided to call me at 10:10. I'm not happy about that place. I can never get an appointment for my breathing problems. I tried to get that appointment back in June last year but had no luck.

I feel resentful even giving just one star. Just came out of a 6am out of hours appointment & the service from the doctor was absolutely appalling.
Zero level of care and he didn’t seem to want to listen.
