St Lukes Surgery

All of the Doctors at the surgery take the time to listen. I have had a serious bout of pleurisy and have had to have several appointments. I have seen several of the GPs at the surgery because of this, but have to say that Dr Sweetman was phenomenal and I truly believe that I would have been seriously ill if he hadn't referred me to hospital. I am still ill, several weeks on, but antibiotics, steroids, inhaler and hospital referral later I am much better than I have been. The reception and nursing staff are always pleasant and accommodating.

Receptionist is rude but the doctors are ok and I didn't usually have to wait long for an appointment. The first come first serve system can be odd but it does seem to be effective.

Dr Pagington made a house call to my elderly grandfather this afternoon and treated him with such dignity and had such a reassuring manner with my very worried grandmother. Just wonderful. What a credit to the surgery. Thank you very much

This practice is fantastic. ECONSULT works well. The Drs are always so helpful.

The midwifes doesn't do they jobs properly when u are highly pregnant and have special needs and got to been seen the midwifes doesn't stick to their promises

Receptionist was absolutely amazing. So friendly and caring. I don’t know the ladies name but she has the same birthday as me 5th October.

Got into my appointment on time

Receptionists are rude and don’t seem interested as to why you need to book for a doctor, they talk over you. Always being told different times to call back as they “can’t book my appointment until a certain time” and I then don’t end up booking my appointment as they “don’t have any appointments left” when I call back up at the specific time given.

Otherwise, the doctors are lovely.
