If it was possible to give no stars I would! This surgery are the worst ever! If you mentioned a duty of care to them they probably wouldn’t have a clue what the words meant. All they do is refer you to other people and are constantly hurrying you to get off the phone. They just send all their patients to A and E even if you don’t need to be there. You can never get an appointment and receptionist staff are not bothered at all they just fob you off or tell you to ring again in the morning to not get an appointment again. They honestly might as well be closed

If your looking to attend the circus no need to go anywhere all the clowns work at this practice. Do yourself a favour and register anywhere else in the world but here .I won't rant about the simple request I made but honestly you'd get a better result going to the vets !!!!!

Reception staff need more training, in manners, " if you think it's that bad go to A&E" shouldn't be a response when you just need a prescription for an ongoing condition, two Doctors from this surgery have told us to call and ask for antibiotics if any symptoms start to reappear before the operation, been trying to get a prescription, not an appointment for two days, only to be told all appointment have gone ,and call back again tomorrow, so yes, we will have to take the receptionist advice and go to A&E.

Been registered for quite a while and they said still the medical record has not been transferred whilst the previous GP said they have transferred with every information. So currently no repeat prescription is available for my child as doctors have not yet approved of it, and they do not know when that will be done. Initially I was told me to submit any repeat prescription evidence from the previous GP so I could continuously get medication for my children. So I did, and one child's repeat prescription is done as it should be, but why the other one is not?

You have to call them at 8am to make an appointment by triage, calls were never returned and so cannot make an appointment. After 11 am the reception receive general enquiry calls, I was advised to go for online consultation, then online consultation is unavailable. The reception generally is kind enough but the delays and being unable to access the service are very frustrating.

Absolutely appalling doctors surgery, if I could put zero stars I would. My son and his family are registered with this surgery unfortunately for them. My grandson is non verbal autistic and has had an infected thumb for weeks now but gp will not see him, they keep telling them to take him to a and e which we did afew weeks ago but this did not go well either, the gp refers to a and e then a and e refers back to gp. The NHS in this area of Wales is an absolute disgrace. I worked for the nhs for nearly 20 years and have never ever seen such a badly run system. I will be taking this further because of the extremely poor service they are having by their gp .

I always find the receptionists and doctors to be super helpful

This practice used to be good. No longer. Having closed the Gresford branch to all GP services, including simple form collection, residents must now travel several miles to another branch for even the most basic needs. There is no direct public transport to this location, so for elderly and infirm people this is devastating, leaving them effectively without a dependable doctor. Thousands of people in Gresford are no longer served by a local GP. There was an outcry about this closure at the time, but Alyn Family Doctors still chose to close the Gresford location. Clearly the welfare of their patients is secondary to the welfare of the business.

This is the worst doctor's surgery I have ever been to you can never get appointment to see anybody, my dad has had a number of stroke's this year and Evey time he comes out of hospital I try and get follow up appointment for him with the doctor as the hospital tell me to I can't even get passed the resepionist they don't want to know just tell you to phone 8am then when you phone next day at 8am again all appointments are gone you try to explain to resepionist how important it is he sees the doctor but they are so rude there not interested in anything you try to explain to them I wish there was some other doctors I could take my family to but nobody will take us on as we live in llay and these are the only jokes we can use its not fair
