Don’t even bother trying to get help for mental health here.

Been trying for months to get help for my Wife with Mental Health issues, receptionist is dismissive, rude, and no help at all.I am in my 70s and she seemed to think I needed treating like a child. Letter to our MP is being sorted as I speak.

Many thanks to the dispensary staff who dealt with my problem quickly and with politeness.

Called in the morning as daughter had been ill. Was triaged then given a face 2 face appointment with excellent nurse the same day and problem sorted (even though the practice must be very busy with strep A in the news). Receptionist was very helpful too. Top service, thanks.
