The Medical Centre, Taff's Well

What brilliant service at this GP surgery! I registered today as a new patient, but hoped to get an appointment ASAP. The receptionist went out of her way to help me and I received a call from the doctor within an hour of leaving. Honestly feel like this is the best treatment I have ever had at a doctors.

I have been staying in Taffs Well from last Sunday until today. On Wed, I developed an infection & sought help at the Medical Centre. The reception staff were fantastic, sympathetic & very helpful to my problem. I was asked for a sample & told to return to my lodgings to await a call from the doctor. The call came within an hour & being asked a few more questions, I was issued with a well needed antibiotics prescription, which my wife collected. Sorry can't remember anybody's specific name at the surgery, but you ALL certainly made a sick man happy & well again. I've now returned home & getting back to normal health. Thankyou so very much, your help, understanding and treatment was absolutely wonderful & MEGA !

The doctors are always very professional with a personal touch, very caring, as are all the staff, always very polite and friendly and makes you feel relaxed.

Always caring, both administrative and medical staff have the client in the fore front. Special shout out to my designated doctor Dr A Bleasdale but never worried when I see an alternate doctor. All are well qualified with a great personal touch to make you feel heard and cared for. Thank you all so much.

Definitely the best surgery I've ever had, ive moved around a lot so I've had a few. Excellent doctors, never feel pressed for time and appointments, emergency meds or consultations always accommodated well and timel. All complimented by great nurses and receptionists who are always professional and friendly
