Meddygfa Taf

I've been a patient here since 2005 and have had excellent attention. The staff has been attentive and kind. I seldom leave my home and I feel welcomed when the receptionist greets me by name. I rate this review both as a patient and with my experiences as a Human Resources Manager.

We are down here on holiday and my mum was poorly i called this morning and seen my mum in the afternoon. We was made to feel very welcome and the doctor was lovely (Emma) sorry dont know her surname if i lived down here i would pick this doctor surgery 110%

I live in Cardiff and attend this surgery quite often with my elderly father.
Excellent practice. All doctors,nurses and office staff are A1.
I’m amazed that you can see a doctor on the day you are ill.
Being seen to so early is amazing.

I moved to this surgery a couple of years ago I am glad I did. Receptionists are friendly and helpful same the Drs . they take the time to listen and are very thorough.

Why is there no email contact address ? This is 2022 !

I've lived in many places in the UK and used many GPs. This is by far the best in terms of availability and how much they care. The receptionists are always lovely too.

Went in with concerns about my chest and needed a referral to another practice and they proceeded to take days to get back to me and when they finally did call me it was about me coming in on my own at seven in the evening with a male doctor as a 16 year old about a gender paper form which was never brought up or relevant to the pain I was going through. Do better!!
