Hereford Road Surgery

The receptionists are always very friendly, by far the most pleasant doctors receptionists I have come across. They always make an effort to squeeze you in when need an appointment and prescriptions are always ready on time. The doctors are all very friendly too.

Excellent surgery! After experiencing an overloaded, impersonal practice in Gloucestershire I was so pleased to see that medicine can still be practiced in a personal and caring fashion. Wonderful staff, wonderful doctors!

Brilliant doctors specially with children

I have recently moved and transferred to Hereford Road Surgery, usually I have such a difficult time getting my repeat prescription but everyone at Hereford road has been so helpful especially the lovely lady in the dispensary! Thank you!

Dr Maslin is the reason for my review, he treats you like an actual human being which I’ve unfortunately found many doctors do not. He is not in a rush to prescribe you meds, and will first look at the issue as a whole. He does not rush you and asks detailed questions to really understand what’s going on. Very pleased to have found him! Also the reception staff are lovely, even when they’re very busy.

On holiday in area, advised to ring local GP and receptionist said they were only a small practice so ring another in the area. Felt very fobbed off.
