Tenby Surgery

Absolutely scandalous— been referred by 111 to register as temporary patient at this surgery as I was unable to access my GP in England whilst holidaying here in Wales. Well the receptionist claimed that I was given wrong advice by the 111 service, and if they do that, they will never be able to see their own patients! Shameful on her tried to fob me off…

The surgery isn't perfect but the practice manager is always there and has solved any problems I have had. They're both professional and good at their job and also compassionate, kind and really listens to what you have to say.

Needed some ear spray which I had over a year ago, went on e consultation on 26th got a reply back on 27th prescription will be ready that afternoon. Perfect,

This is the best run GP surgery I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. My referral were done next day. The receptionist is always helpful and easy to to talk to. The doctors are very professional with an excellent bedside manner. Well done and thank you!

One of the most disrespectful surgery I have ever seen on my life worse appointment booked ever three weeks trying to get it That was very rude... to hang up on me.

Good if you can get an appointment - 20 minutes to get through, 10 minutes in the queue, 2-3 minutes on totally unnecessary blurb, only to find their 3 doctors are fully booked for the day, try again Monday!

I would like to praise, the treatment my dad had in his last few months, dr nick Williams was brilliant with my dad and my mum coming out and doing all he could to make my dad comfortable and aiding greatly in his care. I would also like to highly praise Sarah Hodgson, she has been exceptional and helped in everyway possible, I cannot praise and thank you enough ❤x

What a joke of a surgery. I would love to know how a in house pharmacist is more qualified than a hospital CONSULTANT and get to say what medication you are allowed and not allowed... when they get questioned about this they get rude and arrogant and start giving attitude. I am so glad that the call was recorded both my end and theirs because when they lie and say that you have been reported to practice manager for being rude, well, that is going to warrant a complaint to the medical council and NHS Direct...
