6 months of consistent prescription issues for myself and members of my family and a complete lack of notification of registration changes that were not issued by myself.
Absolutely shocking standards, especially for a medical practice!
As everyone says the smallest issue becomes a major problem.
The management of this practice need to realise the importance of treating patients with respect and courtesy
After all we are coming to the GP for help not hassle
I have seen so many people complaining at the reception desk and all you get is they still blame covid for their lack of compassion
I rry to avoid contacting them if I can but this plays into their hands
I wonder how many people they are putting at risk?
The reception staff are absolutely diabolical, they don't even deserve one star, they are so desensitized and out of touch with reality, it's unbelievable and some of the doctors aren't much better.
I have been unwell with flu symptoms and off sick from work for 7 days, I remain too unwell to work this week. I am a HCP and work in an acute Trust. I have self
Certified my sickness for 7 days and now need a medical fit note to cover my ongoing sickness. I have been told I need to book a routine GP appointment to see a GP to get a back dated fit note. So if I am
Well enough for work next week I will need to take time off for a routine GP appointment to get this. I cannot do anything online at this practice except book an appointment with a locum GP. The systems and processes at this practice are out of date and need immediate modernising! It’s very frustrating, I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for elderly people to navigate the practice.
It’s no surprise that people end up in A&E.
