Taliesin Surgery

'I am new to area and was looking for GP practice after many phone call to other place I spoke to a person called Avril at this surgery -she was the MOST HELPFUL person I have encountered or a very long time she was courteous and professional and went out of her way to help me .I am very grateful for this and think she needs recognition for this .I wish more people were like her.When she couldn't answer my query immediate she said she would ring me back which she did most promptly she is a asset to your practice and more so to the NHS. Thank you'

A month ago, I arrived a quarter of an hour before my appointment time and spent another 40 minutes in the waiting room before being called, although there was no patient left. Then I was consulted by a doctor and he told me that he made me an appointment at the hospital in Aberystwyth and to wait for a letter at home. I waited 3 weeks but the letter from the hospital did not come. I went to the surgery in Lampeter again and the lady from reception told me to go home and wait for the letter that it will come soon.... 10 days have passed and I'm still waiting... If you have a health problem .... you might die for days waiting for them to help you...

Last went back in June 2021! Great surgery! Saw the very nice Dr and next day went for blood tests. The diabetic nurse rang me about 10 days later with some cholesterol results.
