Ridiculous medical practice. I have a reoccurring tonsillitis and even though I can’t see a doctor or nurse due to the current pandemic, I tell them the symptoms are exactly like all the other times I’ve had it and yet again they choose to carry on asking inane questions instead of reviewing my notes and seeing that I need antibiotics well done fantastic service I’ll be looking for a new surgery as soon as this pandemic is over

It's a very good GP practice. What I love about it is that you're not kept hanging on the phone for someone to answer it for an hour. I usually get straight through on the first try as well. The staff are lovely.

Worst surgery I have ever been too. My new DRs is glad I changed after a second opinion on something personal. Rude staff. Just an awful experience.

The staff are very rode ,not answering .I called to the surgery about 15 times from this morning but no body answering or the puting the ph down.and if by chance the receive the call they don’t do what we ask.we are in this situation we can’t go to the surgery directly we can’t talk with doctors ridiculous all the system. I know the Staff will read this comment.I want to ask you if you don’t want to work properly why are u there ? Don’t ignore.the people are dying because of you all are there who ignoring the sick people.

Very rude receptionist, attitude is disgusting, not helpful at all. Looking for a new gp surgery that doesn't palm u off, or diagnoses u over the phone.
