Dami was a great groomer and sadly she left. The most recent visit our dog looked great immediately after but then by the time I got him home I realised he had barely been trimmed. Tried to email no response. Eventually phoned and no appointments when I'm available. I'm such a bad customer...

They will spray your dog with water when they bark to stop them. They sit upstairs drinking tea all day and spraying dogs every time they bark. Cruel if you see it you would never leave you best friend there. I did a trial shift there and seen a lot of dodgy stuff in just one day. I am not even going to begin to name the rest. Discusting people.

Rude, Abrasive Staff, Hugely overpriced.

Took my 10 month old puppy here as a one-off when my normal groomer was ill. What a mistake this was. My small dog had become a little matted following an operation, and during his recovery time when we were told not to make him uncomfortable by brushing him. The lady was so incredibly rude. More or less accused me of being neglectful of my dog and saying there was little she could do other than to shave his entire coat! I asked her politely to try and de-tangle as best she could. I was met with huge resistance, lots of eye rolling and more passive aggressive comments about how I didn't care about his welfare. When I collected him he looked ridiculous, nothing left of his coat, bizarre inconsistent length kept on his legs so he now looks like a poodle. Oh, and a supplement for extra matting i was never told about. So £65 in total. What a joke. Don’t know why this woman works with animals.

Our doggo loves London Doggies - he goes there for daycare and often gets his nails clipped as well. Sometimes they have a visiting vet who has also treated him for a nasty ear infection. All in all very convenient and we have one happy pup. The staff are lovely.

We’ve been taking our pup to London Doggies for a few months now and they’ve been absolutely wonderful. We started her off in the Puppy Playgroup and at first she was very small and nervous but Charles was so kind allowing us to bring her in for special one-on-one with a similar sized dog to get her used to the place and to build her confidence up. It worked so well and this week she has been in twice and is now going for walks with the big dogs! Her confidence is sky high and she comes back so happy and tired. This morning she waited at the front door for us to take her again - that’s how much she loves it there. Everyone who works there is so kind and caring and they give us regular updates and have been incredibly helpful to us as first time dog owners. I’m not sure what we would’ve done without them especially during the long lockdown. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special place with wonderful people to look after their doggies.

Dami is great with my little kitten marbles. She’s super fast and efficient at clipping her nails. (Way better than me!) Daniel took over on our most recent visit and he did an ace job as well. Always friendly and great customer service. Can’t recommend highly enough. 👍🏾

Charles, Lola and the gang are amazing! Our pup did her training with Jade and she has been going to day care every week since. They have done a great job at helping our lil pup gain confidence around other dogs. Would recommend them and the groomers to anyone 🤩🤩🤩 thanks for everything!

Our Giant Golden Doodle is very very pleased with his groom. The staff is very attentive and do a great Job. I would highly recommend London Doggies!
