We popped in and had a taster session and were met by the friendliest staff and the loveliest dog hotel I've ever seen! I'd be happy to stay there myself. I felt comfortable leaving my dog there and will definitely be back again! Thanks Urban Mutts!

My pup has been going there since around March 2022. She mainly goes for boarding, but she’s done daycare before as well. She always hates when I leave but she’s always so excited to run in and say hi and play with the staff and other dogs! The staff are all so friendly and my pup always seems so happy. The staff are well equipped at feeding however and giving medicine, which is super helpful. I also always get updates on my dog; which I love because I am a nervous mom. Would highly recommend and will continue to use them!

I LOVE Urban Mutts! My dog is not straightforward at all: tries to eat everything from leaves to collars, has severe allergies, and needs 4 meals a day to keep her tummy calm. Urban Mutts took it all in their stride and looked after my dog beautifully. She has been boarded there twice and it was worth every penny having the peace of mind that she’s well looked after. Thanks so much! You’ll always be my first choice for boarding my pup!

My husband and I are so happy to have found this place ! It was our pups Solomon and Olive first time there yesterday and it was a success ! The place is super clean, the design is so cute and fun , and most importantly the staff is so friendly and really care about the animals. Thank you for being accepting of our senior dog and understanding and being so patient with him! You all are the best!

I left my dog Cova for 4 days, apparently everything was perfect, the service was very good, the staff sent photos of her and we were so happy.

When she returned home from this place she was not looking very good, she smelled really bad but I thought it was because she played all day with other puppies and that’s ok. That night she was vomiting several times and I realized that the smelled was actually caused by the vomit, meaning she was already ill and the staff didn’t say anything at all.

I wrote a review of this place explaining our situation and one week after that, one member of the staff dared to call my partner and asked if we could remove the review. He didn’t even asked if Cova was ok. He said he was very disappointed about our review. We said we would not delete it until the vets veredict.

We took her to the vet and he told us that she was indeed sick, but that it was common for dogs to get ill in these places, and that obviously she got sick there but we had nothing to worry about.

So that is my update. I’m very disappointed with the way Urban Mutts handled this situation. If this happens again, I suggest you ask first it the dog is ok and maybe offer to help in any way. I’m upgrading to 2 stars because she looked she was happy on the photos.

We went for a trial hour with my German Shepard (35kg) and found it was well organised and the temperament of each dog was considered before, during and after the play socialisation. The owner was clearly passionate, knowledgeable and caring about the dogs. He felt calm and considered factors such as resource guarding(no issues), stimulation (ball play provided) and was respectful to those dogs that needed extra attention (rescue dog and 1 to 1 at reception for other dogs that needed a little tlc). The receptionist warm and greeted my dog confidently as I feel not all places are open to large breeds which they do accept as long as they do not have aggressive or behavioural concerns. Rachel (other staff) was also very observant, warm and professional. Most dogs were smaller medium size we saw today but Kuma seemed to be stimulated by the several meet and greets. Overall we would return again for a couple of hours and continue to see how our dog progresses. Good place drop off your dog when heading to the Westfield centre for a few hours and the dog hotel seems nicely laid out. We struggled to find it the first time but then found it easy the second time after speaking to them. You go to Westfield car park A, follow Waitrose signs partially until you see sign -1 then take slight right on the same level, don’t drive down to the bottom level. We also got some good quality dog snacks (we avoid grains for my dog) which he currently enjoying.

Our crazy Sparkeyboy loves spending time there as it's fun and he gets to socialise with other paw pals. The staff are pretty good with dogs and takes care of them well. He's always tired (and calm) when I collect him so he's getting exercised very well and trust me, for a boisterous puppy who gets walked ~8miles a day, that's a big thing!

Highly recommended!

Attentive and friendly place. My dog absolutely loves it there. The staff obviously love dogs and are just so welcoming. The owner is often there and is chatty and on hand with advice and feedback. The facilities are great and the communication is very good. My puppy stayed overnight and they assessed her in the few weeks before to make sure she would be OK to stay and not disturbe the other dogs too much.
I wouldn't hesitate to send my puppy there again, she has the best time and is always happy to leave me at the foyer.
