Our 2 GSD’s love attending the day care, all the current employees are very professional caring individuals and have a great love for the animals. We’ve also hired out the facility in a professional capacity to hold a fun day for the customers of our local pet food shop. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet care in the local area 👍🏻

Visited today as part of an organised party. Fantastic facilities both indoors and out. Plenty of space to run about and there is under cover shelter for owners to rest up. On site shop for doggy treats. Our dog loved it. Would definitely visit again.

Flexible, accommodating and most of all, my pooch Percy comes back exhausted after a day of fun. Superb place and highly recommended.

Great place for your dog to socialise with other dogs. The shop offers a good selection of dog food and accessories and the staff are knowledgeable about the care of your dog.

Taking Thor to Springfield is the best decision we have ever made for him. His is an old dog with arthritis and the staff are amazing with him. They go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and happy all day. He also loved his first ever professional groom aged 9 at the grooming salon. I think he now has a new favourite person ever there!!

The grooming lodge is AMAZING!!!! My dog is pretty big and very giddy and gets super anxious but they did an excellent job with him and he loved it, he also smells absolutely gorgeous!! They’re super friendly and make you feel very welcome! Will definitely be going back!!

All the staff are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and Dougie always enjoys going. He can’t wait to get out of the car to play with his new doggy mates! The facilities are the best I have seen by miles and we have used and tried a few. Thank you to Springfields for making Dougie so welcome and cared for.

I just want to share my disappointment with a new local business. All my emails have been ignored and I can't believe they feel its ok to do this to someone, and just before Christmas.

I was hired by Springfield dog day care in September 2021 and I was absolutely delighted! I settled in so well, had a good working relationship with my bosses and I absolutely loved my job!
Over the couple of months I was there I got attached to many of the dogs and highly enjoyed looking after them.

In November I had to take a week off work due to my son being off school unwell. I had agreed to speak with the manager about my availability upon my return.

Within this time I received an email stating they had made structural changes to staff and my position had been made redundant and they weren't able to offer me any more work. I had no prior communication with regards to redundancy, no meetings, offer of alternative work etc. They didn't give me the opportunity to dicuss my availability as they sacked me while I was at home looking after my son.

I just don't think it's fair that they have got away with doing this to me without giving me a reasonable explanation.
