Bruce's Doggy Day Care in Tunbridge Wells

Marley loves Bruce’s doggie day care, he waits for Isabel at the window and goes nuts when he sees her pull up in the bus to collect him. He has so much fun when he’s there that he curls up for a cuddly sleep with me when he gets home. The staff there are amazing and I would highly recommend it, especially at this time when our dogs really need the interaction and socialising. He makes lots of new doggy friends and plays interactive games, I know he just loves going. They also send you regular photos to show you how your dog is doing and keep you updated.

Bruce's DDC provides a completely secure environment for my Beagle to run free, off lead. I get photos of her on her mornings there, which I genuinely appreciate. She seems to have a different activity when she goes from "What's in the box?" scent games to climbing over obstacles to simply playing with other dogs. She is happy and alert when we arrive and has clearly had a busy morning as she sleeps most of the afternoon when she gets home. It is great to give her time to socialise, engage her brain and to be off lead. Due to Covid I haven't really had the chance to have a proper conversation with the people who take care of her, but they all seem very nice in the brief hand over time. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Oscar absolutely LOVES going to Bruce's! He knows exactly what day it is and is always eagerly awaiting Izzy at the door who greets him (and us!) with a smile and he is off for a fun filled day. We love seeing the photos of what he has been up to and are happy knowing he is having the time of his life!

Awful place. Explained about my dog being anxious and not to be left on his own. On the trial 2 hours he was left on his own, turned up and he was in an awful state. I could provide lots more details but it would be very lengthy. Their response was they are under staffed and not qualified to deal with anxious dogs .. how worrying they are even allowed to run a doggy day care

They have had new management this year and it is even more disorganised than before! They turn up for our dogs when they’re not meant to, forget to come when they are meant to, and our dogs have come back with injuries sadly. That was the last straw and we are glad to have said bye to this company who seemingly have taken on more than they can handle.

Bruces is great! They were really welcoming and were happy for us to pop round and have a look and discuss their site. They are really knowledgeable and the dog loves it! When we pick up our dog, they are exhausted and you can see that they have played all day with other dogs and the staff. They even send photos via the website of what they get up to.

Can't recommend Bruce's enough!
