Best Buddies Home Dog Training

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review as I hate writing negative reviews as I'd rather avoid writing a bad review at all but I feel I need to warn others out their who could be ripped off.
I was looking for a dog trainer to help me get my dog to stop pulling on her lead and general obedience dog training. Sonia contacted me from best buddies with 2 different packages-option 1 was 2 hour training with guaranteed results for £170 and option 2 was a 3 day training at 3 different dates with an extra day thrown in for £330 and both packages come with a lifetime of telephone support if needed. I went for for option 2, paid £30:00 deposit over the phone, all well so far.
First visit I got an hour and 30 mins (told 2 hours each session).
Only thing I got from that session was 'change to raw food and a certain vocal tone to use and to be fair I was happy with that. Before she left she wanted the full remaining balance of £300:00 but I didn't have the full amount on me so paid her £150 and agreed to pay the remaining amount when she visited next.
2nd visit, a month later she brought her puppy with her and we revisited 1st session and both dogs just played, she left me with instructions to teach my dog about sit and wait which I was ok with but felt this session could've given me a little more, I paid the remaining balance of £150 and she left with an appointment for 2 weeks later to try and get my dog to walk off lead.
Appointment day comes and I'm calling and messaging but no response, "could be innocent " I thought but a month later after numerous messages and calls I've still not heard from her.

SO GUYS PLEASE DONT BECOME A FOOL LIKE ME AND HOLD ONTO YOUR CASH UNTIL ALL AGREED SESSIONS ARE DONE AND YOUR SATISFIED. PLEASE AVOID.

Having Sonia come to help with Herbert my 3 years old Whippet has been a god send! Herbert was so nervous with other dogs making walks hard for both me and him and with the help of Sonia, he is becoming a confident young chap. With Sonias support we are working through so much else will him and myself and Herbert have never felt so confident! We will be using Sonia for a long time to come and would highly recommend.

We met Sonia recently for a second visit to help us with our cockapoo, Poppy and she has literally transformed our lives! Sonia quickly picked up that Poppy thought she was the leader of the pack and helped us put in place a clear consistent strategy for all of the family to follow! We are so grateful and we are all much happier now, along with Poppy!
We would highly recommend Sonia to others struggling with their dogs.
