These where some top quality donuts I have tasted and I would say they are cheaper and better than Krispy Kreme’s donuts. Can’t wait to have these in my local super market. Good succulent flavours with a soft texture. It was just melting in my mouth, and it wasn’t too sweet

Horrible donuts ever tasted, gone off. Don’t buy the discounted ones as they are definitely not fresh. I paid 12 pounds for 4 donuts (includes 1 free), came home found out that they are stale…
Don’t be fooled by the seller always ask if it’s fresh or not!!!!

The dryest so called donuts I have ever had!!!!!
Do they have a special batch that are offered as a deal because there is no or very little cream or flavour in them??? 3 donuts and barely a table spoon of cream in them.
Absolutely tasteless will not waste money here again.

Not really one to leave reviews, actually this is my first. There was a flash sale on a few pastry items naming specifics a chocolate donut and a yum yum. Being brutally honest everything had no real flavour. The worst part being the chocolate donuts smelt like cheese, very off putting. Honestly I’d avoid like the plague. I never finished the box as the smell and taste was pretty awful. Very attractive looking however don’t be fooled!

Sadly we fell for the "flash sale" towards the end of the day. 6 donuts for the price of 4. Still set us back £17! Once home, the donuts smelt oddly like cheese and were dry and tasteless. Rip off compared to Krispy Kreme. Where you can get a pick your own dozen for about £16.

The worst donuts we have ever had !
I bought 4 to eat with the kids on our return from a shopping trip to Bluewater.
We all had one bite and threw them in the bin. Stale, Dry and Tasteless. I’ll be surprised if there in business on our next trip to Bournmouth judging by the reviews.

FSA Food Hygiene Rating 2!!!! Complete let down. I’m not a big doughnut fan but decided to give this a go on my cheat day. Waste of calories!!! The doughnut was really doughy, tasted old as if it had been on display for days. I think they do mix in the old left over ones with the new ones as this was so off putting. Update: upon seeing their FSA hygiene rating now I strongly believe they are selling stale/left over doughnuts mixed with new ones!!!

My wife was talking about Crosstown Donuts this morning and whilst walking around Bluewater I spotted Dum Dum Donutterie and thought we could try them thinking they must be a certain quality given they market themselves as artisan donuts. Now I don’t really leave bad reviews but unfortunately I couldn’t not in this case. Whilst the staff were fine, the donuts were absolutely atrocious. Like other reviewers’ experiences, my three donuts were incredibly stale, dry and flavourless. My donuts were meant to be filled with cream and the ratio of filling to donut was also poor enhancing the dryness. I should also add that these aren’t really donuts but more like brioche rolls. Had I eaten the donuts then and there I would have asked for a refund as I paid over £10 and these were clearly far below the quality they should be. If the company would like to get in touch and perhaps correct the situation or change my mind I’d be more then open to this but unfortunately based on my experience, one would be better off going to Krispy Kreme.
