Great selection of doughnuts and some really good milkshakes too. Lotus biscuits on and in everything please ;). But....and it's a big but, the prices are dramatically over the top. £12.75 for 12 sounds like a Good deal compared to the individual prices but is still excessive. Good for a special treat.

Small coffee and donut shop in the centre of Exeter Guildhall shopping centre, huge range of their famous doughnuts alongside hot and cold beverages.
Seating is available to relax and enjoy your purchases, they were only taking card payments in December 2020 however their smiles rewards are a good way of redeeming treats for points. Service was polite and effecient.

2 young girls on the till, serving but chatting about how one left her partner and moved back in with her mother. Only accept card payments, so I won't use this place again. Floor was sticky and dirty. Found a table which had not been cleaned, so thank god for hand sanitizer and a napkin. Girl brought coffee and doughnuts to our table but no conversation. A hello here's your coffee and doughnuts pls enjoy. Poor service all round really. Shame as the doughnuts are lovely.

Great choice of donuts and fresh, The coffee was also great. The staff are so helpful and can't do enough to help.

Sitting in for a combo as my go to guilty pleasure: cappuccino + limited edition Jaffa cakes doughnut (AKA jaffanut); and today, thanks to a kind man behind the counter I discovered a really good deal ! Very happy 😁

Boy serving spent the whole time biting his fingernails without hygiene touching all the coffee. He had to add coffee beans; and used cold milk. The coffee was disgusting. Only tried it because of the long queues inside.

Hopeless. Standing in a queue and completely ignored. When I ask where to queue to get served , young girl on till just shrugs ! Not bothered about their customers ! Avoid !
