Knight's Mark - Security Doors London

The guys are really friendly and helpful and the door fits like a glove. Its a magnificent front door - almost every visitor remarks about this - and it is really a pleasure opening it, closing it, walking through it, knowing that ain't no one breaking in! We went for a bespoke design - honouring a quirky 1950s door it replaced - but we pimped it right up!

We contacted three companies in our search for a new front door. Due to the age of our house and non-standard size our old door, we couldn't get an "off-the-shelf" solution, so needed a custom-made option.

Well this company really delivered! They came all the way out to the Medway Towns to show us samples including how the locking mechanism worked.

There was a constant flow of communication; from the design stage to the progress of our door manufacture. They accommodated our custom-design for the inner-side of the door.

They arrived early for the final installation of our door and during the installation, encountered issues with the brickwork of the old door frame. They went above and beyond and went to the local hardware store to fix the issues which included getting new wood and some cement-work.

The final product is wonderful and we still can't believe that we have a front door that is so nice and so secure! The difference the door has made to the temperature of our hallway is fantastic due to its insulation.

We will be replacing our windows in the near future and will require a further door for our property and we definitely will not hesitate to use their services again.
