Really poor service, front door lock broken multiple times, days to get anyone out to sort it. Been unable to secure my house for over 2 weeks.

Excellent service, had one minor issue after installation and the team were back the next day. Really cant fault the hard working staff down at Fareham!

It seems that the Farnham office has closed and our installation has not been completed and looking for another contract number who we can call.

Had a local company before, cheap and cheerful. Really worth spending a bit extra.

after nearly a year and several visits look at my house! I was promised a call back within 48 hours and still no response. the door had tried to be rectified by a team and one of their managers who thought it was ok! please take heed what other people are saying is totally true I have had to suffer first hand please do not let this be you. Zero aftercare. I was hassled to pay before snags were completed and had a manager promise to complete the following week if paid on the friday. It's been 3 weeks now. Unable to talk to anyone on the phone (including said manager who ignores my calls) and emails have been unanswered. So I'm left with an unfinished job. I have however had 2 sales people contact me for more services. Each uninterested in the outstanding work to be completed. So I'm stuck with potential leaks and rough unfinished work. I thought spending out more would give me a better job but it hasn't. £13k and they can't be bothered to finish now I've paid up. I'd advise to use anyone else.

Absolutely incompetent company. Arranged a visit today for 1pm had a e mail to confirm. However got a call from someone called Jack who was confused over my address due to the fact the person who booked it gave my details to the agent in Nottingham and I live in gosport. Will not use them now as it has shown how incompetent the company is .

Faulty products. Zero customer service. Asbestos left on site.

There’s no ability to call the “service” team as everything is automated and directs you to a unmanaged website.

If you are a new customer however, they’ll answer you call and raise an invoice the same day.
