Great service, installation team are employed by Window Wise directly and are excellent. Christian and Bruce have excellent knowledge and have been great support in helping us choose the right windows and door for our home. Highly recommended.

Very bad after sales. Had our bi-doors fitted early in 2020 and we had a few issues with them. After many phone calls and emails someone eventually came out to check and then radio silence from the company. More reminder emails sent that were ignored and my last phone call I made, got told they would get round to it but they were very busy! They haven't made contact since. 2 weeks ago, a glass pane smashed on closing, to a window they fitted in 2019, phoned to get a quote to replace the pane, was told to email which I did. I then phoned to check it had been received and the person I spoke to said he would leave a message for Christian. Radio silence again, I've gone elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely first class service from the estimate to the finished job.
Getting a quote was quick and the windows were fitted 2 weeks ahead of time. Fitting team were great, made very little mess and were friendly and helpful
So nice to deal with people of do what they promise with absolutely no drama and the minimum of sttress and were genuinely grateful for the work !

been there twise for two days, and been sent away twise, can't see much on their website, unfriendly, unprofesional, uncompetent office staff, interviewing over the intercom, don't know how they get any customers at al....!!!!!
