Had a issue with the door 14 months after installation. Customer services were great, honest and helpful. Was informed of a CXL appointment and took an earlier slot. Barry the Technician arrived on time and solved the issue quickly. Was a fast and efficient service.

Installation of sliding door and extremely happy with good quality work and excellent communication throughout. We were warned about a possible delay due to global supply problems, the door was fitted within the anticipated time frame.

Lies upon lies upon lies. 'The salesman explained in detail we offer two builds, one when building regulations is required and another when they are not'. That categorically never transpired, Aiden Brophy mentioned no such thing regarding two builds he simply stated, ' its a conservatory so building regs isnt needed. He then emailed us and said as AGREED no building regulations is required. The contract was sent to us completely filled out in its entirety by Aiden Brophy with his signature present. The same pen was used when HE crossed out the box for building regulations and we signed with a completely different pen, clearly shown on the contract. You state I asked the installers to leave and YOU CALLED ME. I have footage via ring door bell of the workmen leaving on time, they were never told to leave early nor did i engage in dialogue with them, i have leukaemia and am immunocompromised. We sent you emails when they left of the damage to doors, window and my plant, your horrendous email response prompted ME TO CALL YOU i have the phone record and phone recording. You state I SWORE AT YOU AND WAS ABUSIVE. Absolute lies, i will be posting the recording to social media and all correspondence to prove who is lying. At the end of the recording after i told you twice you were elevating my blood pressure and causung me distress, told you about my cancer twice being diagnosed the day my son turned 4 months old you could care less, no humanity but you had the audacity to tell me my plants dying anyway so what difference does it make? So i called you a vile scumbag. That is not swearing. You say Im refusing to pay final bill of £1,345. I have paid you on time the amount of near on £25k and have been honourable throughout, I have asked you for an itemised breakdown of works, you have refused. PER CONTRACT final payment is due ON INSPECTION, which I have told you 3 times per the 3 times you have asked for the final payment. Come to my house to inspect your work and then you get the money it's very simple. LIES LIES LIES. You state both options are legal if a barrier is maintained'. LIES THE contract states remove barriers it was charged and agreed, Aiden states in email just put the doors back on when you come to sell. The head of building control Mark Simpson says otherwise. My legal notice will be sent Monday recorded delivery.

This company does not comply with building control. They have this written in black and white. We wanted a 3.5 x 5 metre conservatory with guardian roof. What they have built me is an extension which always requires building regulations, and they refuse to talk to my building control officer. Amazon advised me that because it's a conservatory no building regs is needed even though on the contract they agreed to remove the existing external door and create a archway to the new living space so building regs would be required according to legislation. The owner Andy Shoulder cannot be reasoned with, he refuses to help even though all my emails from his staff prove I am right that they did advise me building regs wasn't needed and that when we come to sell just put external doors back on, thats advise given by a building company, how shocking! Which would completely invalidate my home insurance, mortgage etc. Avoid like the plague, currently seeking legal action to remedy and fix the long list of things wrong with the build such as them placing the soakaway only 1.8 metres from the build instead of 5 metres, huge flood risk! Andy likes to mention they have been building for 33 years, you wouldn't think that considering they have no knowledge of any building regulation or government legislation. Please read my trust pilot review it explains everything. Am talking to Trading Standards as any build they just pass off as a conservatory, so many customers of there's are currently without building regs so how will they sell there homes!? Also told them at the beginning i have leukaemia and currently undergoing chemo at the Marsden, they could care less the way they speak to me and the added stress they have caused is shocking.

I literally wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.... The couple of day conservatory installation has taken over 8 months and is still not right, it was supplied with double glazing when it should have been triple glazing, the complete installation is wonky and they can't be bothered to do the right thing and make it straight, they have wasted many days attempting to patch and cover the mistakes but it's a joke. Quite simple DO NOT USE THESE GUYS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

Avoid avoid avoid!

Replaced my conservatory with a 2-3 week timeline...over two months gone and still outstanding work to do. Getting them to come and finish is like pulling teeth. Once you make the lump sum payment they are not interested in providing any sort of service thereafter, especially MD Andy Coulter who was responsive prior to the payment but haven't heard from him since.

Overall poor experience, a mixture of sub-standard work (inlcuding a weekend of flooding) and terrible service. I knew the signs were bad when on the first day a worker urinated in my garden!

Amazon installed UPVc windows on the entire second floor of my property. They price was excellent and the installation was faultless. One guy did the whole job in a day. Crazy efficiency and the quality is faultless. Could work on their customers service from the main office but would definitely use again. Would recommend.

Stay away! Had a new back & front door fitted with side panels….. The back door & side panels are fine. I was told that as the front door was composite there would be a slight colour difference, which was fine……. But NOT different colours on the door itself!….. See photos!…… Even the finish around the edge of the door was shockingly bad!
When I complained, Amazon sent someone round and agreed it did not look good. Even Andy Shoulder came round to be fair, but either he’s colour blind or oblivious he said it was acceptable, but would change the cassette inserts that were a different colour…….
However, they were even worse!
I was happy to pay for the work that was up to standard, but they wanted full payment!….. I didn’t hear anything for weeks, so I chased them up only to find they had served me a CCJ!!!…… Apparently they had sent me 3 emails…… But they had all gone to my junk folder ( what does this tell you about the company)???…….. So no phone call, just served a CCJ……. So forcing me to pay for shoddy work!……… Please look at the photos……… Even the colour doesn’t match the sample!! ….. Please see my 3 colour front door!…., To be continued!……….. NOT one phone call from Amazon! Plus the ONLY letter I received from Amazon was the CCJ!!…….. The colour swatch matched our existing windows! The door is a completely different colour!……. Apparently, unless you have Amazon eyes!
