Excellent company, friendly staff and quality workmanship, and always there if you need them for advice. Had Conservatory and Patio done and could not be more pleased. A big Thank you to Matt Sam and Louis for all the hard work put in, I would recommend this company.

I cant thank them enough for sorting out the windows and patio doors in our bungalow after another company (s.style) had fitted but we had nothing but problems with. We sent all windows and doors back after castle came and replaced the lot and repaired all damage for us .so a big thank you to you guys i would highly recommend them.

Came round viewed the 2 jobs in my parents bungalow. Smart dressed, easy to chat to understood the work required.

However, We haven’t heard from them in 8 weeks, we have called and emailed, got 1 reply saying waiting on plumber. Then nothing again…

Would have been great to of had some response or a call saying sorry for the delay, or it could be a another 4-6-8 weeks before we can do anything.

We haven’t even had a quote come through?

Castle Home Improvements fitted our new front door this week and it looks great. Throughout the order process the communication from castle was faultless. We were updated throughout and they were very flexible with days/times for fitting the door. The final clean finish on our door is perfect! Highly recommend 👍🏼

Castle responded promptly to our request for replacement handles and their work couldn't be faulted. The fitter who attended was friendly, polite and left everything tidy.
