We have to say Roofriendly's Customer Service and Aftercare is brilliant. We must have been the unluckiest customer as there were a catalogue of issues which were outside of Roofriendly's control but they went above and beyond in sorting it all out for us and we are more than happy to recommend and give them a 5* rating. The triple glazing is absolutely brilliant.

Cliff popped over and quoted us for roofline and a double patio door. Very professional service, great workmen who worked quickly and cleanly.
It's been about a year or so since installation. No problems all works great. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I received a cold call at my doorstep by Roofriendly a few weeks ago asking if I wanted my fascias and guttering replaced. The person was very pushy but I agreed to a quote because it’s something I may need to do in the future.

An appointment was made and a salesman turned up at my house 2 days later and stayed for an hour. He didn’t measure anything but gave me an estimated price, the range of which was £2000.

I requested a more precise price (like a quote, just like the cold caller made me make an appointment for) I even suggested measurements be taken and a ‘quote’ worked out there and then or sent to me in an e-mail with costings and such things. A written quote is usual, isn’t it?

The salesman told me that the going rate that other companies charge for guttering and fascias is about £100 per metre (fitted) I asked how much Roofriendly charged per metre but he couldn’t tell me, he just said we are a little bit more expensive than that, I asked how much more!? But he still couldn’t tell me. I should have offered to measure up for him and price the job up myself, I might have got a ‘quote’ that way (and I would have given myself a cheeky 50% discount!)

I’ve been left bewildered to be honest!

I often think about that wasted hour and I wonder….. what on earth happened there? I wonder if he just forgot his tape measure? I wonder how much it would cost to get my fascias and guttering replaced!? But I guess I’ll never know.

I’m sure the managing director will respond to my review and offer a sincere apology…… but I wonder if he could just give me a quote!?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to comment on the quality or workmanship for the company. I met a sales representative for the company who was canvassing my area. After speaking with him (Glen), we arranged a convenient time for him to return to provide a quotation. Unfortunately he didn't show for the appointment or call to cancel. Told me everything I needed to know about their customer service.

We were cold called as they were in the area and we did need a new back door.
Very efficient service just what we wanted.
Friendly fitter, did a good job, cleaned up afterwards very pleased.

Replaced our four 'diamond' shaped windows with no fuss and made a good job.
Recommended.

I cant praise this company enough. We had facias and soffits,plus three triple glazed windows fitted.
Both teams were polite ,efficient and carried the work out to a first class standard.
They really seemed to care about about their work.
It really was a breath of fresh air in the attitude one sees more and more today.
I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Fantastic customer service. We accidentally damaged the beading on one of our windows Tuesday. We called the Roofriendly office
and they said someone would be there the following day Wednesday. Dids and Rico arrived very polite, friendly and professional. Half an hour later all done, fitted, sealed and cleaned up. Brilliant !!!!
