From start to finish the service was excellent. At first had windows done and I was so pleased with them that I arranged for them to come back and had new front and back doors fitted. The fitters were quick and efficient and made sure I was happy with the work carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Safestyle to anyone.

Have just had two new doors fitted both first class the old doors did not keep the passage warm now with the new one fitted passage not cold any more. The fitted called mark was great cleaned up no mess and took the old doors away I will use Safe Style again when my old windows need to be replaced.

I have never liked 'plastic' doors, and hopes to retain the wood door when I bought my house, as it is more than 250 years old, it turned out to be impossible, the door was cheap and nasty. I remembered the Safestyle adverts I had seen while living in Spain. I looked them up, in a short time I had a beautiful, non-sticking, draught proof door, that is totally in keeping with my cottage, and not in the least bit 'plastic' looking. Everyone concerned was most helpful and efficient, I am very happy with my choice, it looks beautiful.

I recently had my entire house double glazed by Safestyle UK. In total we purchased 15 A+ white windows and a set of french doors.
Right from the start the salesman was excellent guiding us to what we wanted without being pushy and securing an excellent price, the surveyor was friendly and helped us with some changes we decided upon and the fitting staff were friendly, clean and tidy and completed the two and a half day job in just a day and a half. Very little damage was caused in the process however the repairs and tidy up were first class. Just a quick dab with a paintbrush and you would never know.
I cant think of anything that could have made the service from Safestyle any better.
The product, service and fitting, together with the 10 year guarantee is excellent value for money.
From start to finish the experience was fantastic. We replaced the windows as our old ones were letting so much heat out. Now the job is done our home is so much warmer. I would reccomend Safestyle to anyone.

3rd time I have used safe style. Each time it gets better. Had a like for like replacement to keep in with the majority on the street. Was a bit concerned about the kitchen sill as I had recently re-tiled it. No damage whatsoever. Fitter was very polite and informative, gave all the details of the next stages in the procedure and I wouldn't even know he had visited apart from the new windows. Many thanks.

Update!!!
Now with the winter colds windows are covered with condensation water every morning!!! Terrible service and rude fitters!
Trying to get hold of them AFTER my windows were installed - mission impossible. Fitters left huge gaps in frames unsealed. The nearest date they have is October the 12th ridiculous! Plus Ignoring all emails.
Left me wondering why did i choose them in the first place!
Would not recommend this company!!!

DO NOT USE!!
Had 3 installations done by Safestyle and with a total of 5 issues so far and the windows have been in less than a month, I would not recommend. All issues caused by badly being installed in the first place and the response you get when phoning to get it fixed is disgraceful. One of my windows installed is also a fire exit (Installing a faulty fire exit Im sure is illegal but they done seem to care) and it doesn't actually open due to a loose latch on the locking mechanism getting stuck and when I phoned wanting it fixed Ive been given a 5 week waiting time. This is disgusting and a real shame as the windows themselves are very nice, just they seem to employ anyone who can turn a screwdriver. Quick enough to take your money and slow doing anything, just Bad workmans ship. Would not recommend employ someone who actually cares about their work and their customers.
