A family business run with brain & heart by Mits and his wonderful team! Marvelous people and awesome professional who have an extensive knowledge about their job and who know how to go above and beyond when the unexpected issue happens! They have been capable to literally fix the unfixable! Prodigious! This is what makes truly special Mansat Windows Ltd. For me they are simply the best! Great people and they were able to replace my glass panes pretty quickly. I have the old style aluminium windows and a few panes needed replacing as the seals had failed and there was condensation build up. They came out the same day to measure all the glass panes that I needed. They then replaced all of them within a week with high quality glass units. They know what they are doing and extremely competent. Good local business and nice people to deal with. Very professional. Will definitely use again.

I ended up not using Mansat Windows because they did not bother to show up for our initial appointment, and this happened four times. On the day we had originally booked, no one showed up and when I contacted the office I was told someone would be in later today. I explained I had stayed at home specifically for the appointment and really needed it to be that day but when it got to 4pm I called again and was told it'd be tomorrow at 8:30. The next day, again, no one showed up. My husband then called and explained that we were really disappointed and were reassured that they were very sorry and that the manager would be in personally before 9am on Friday. Predictably, no one showed up. He then said he was really sorry but he had absolutely booked us in for 12 on Monday. We knew they wouldn't show up, and unsurprisingly, they didn't. Understand you are probably busy and have a lot of requests, but we were asking for a quote for a major job, and you wasted your time and my time by repeatedly rescheduling and then not showing up.

Mits and the team recently upgraded our single pane windows in our front bay window, bedroom and bathroom. The team were super quick and professional. All three windows were changed in the 3 days. We had a slight fitting issue with the bay but Mits got it sorted and fixed right away. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with our new windows and our living room already feels warmer and quieter! The work was done really quickly and efficiently and it was a pleasure dealing with Mits. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks very much to Mansat windows for replacing my rear garden door for a 1st floor Warner flat. They did an amazing job and the door looks great, nicely proportioned door and good quality. Highly recommended!

Mansat Windows Ltd have just completed a great job for me, replacing the windows in one bedroom and replacing sliding doors and top opening windows in my backroom. Mits has a great personality and gives thorough attention to detail. He came and measured everything carefully, gave me several options as to what I could have and then in six weeks, all the new windows and doors were installed. The installers worked non stop for six hours, were careful not to make any mess (indeed they hoovered so well my house was cleaner than when they arrived) and all the old frames/glass etc were removed from my premises before the installation had been completed. I am very pleased and would recommend the company to everyone. I hope to use them again in the near future. Jane Begley
