Fantastic service from start to finish, superb composite door and seamless fast delivery. I would recommend GRP to everyone. We are SO impressed with the door, the price and the service. I'm delighted I found their website. An A1 company that I would not hesitate to use again.

Used GRP Composite doors last year and was very pleased with the quality and service despite the price being very competitive. Used them again for two doors recently and everything was just as good. have more doors needed later this year and would not go anywhere else now.

0 stars for this company. Apart from customer service wich is pretty good, nothing good. I ordered from them one front door with 2 side panels. They rescheduled delivery date 3 times in two and half months. They lied to me 3 times. I phone them up on the delivery day and the answer was: we still waiting for materials from overseas and unfortunately we can promise nothing. I ended up having a plywood for 3 weeks instead my door. I do not recommend them at all.

I am a genuine reviewer and have written many validated reviews of my experiences;in all my years I have never come across such a horrendous door company, their service is bad in every way , from beginning to present, poor customer service overall.
We used this company because it appeared to have good reviews. 1.The door with frame arrived with no cylinder lock, this had to be requested twice.
2. The door colour on order form was unclear stated ‘white frame open out low PVC threshold’ when we requested blue door on both sides we received blue on one side.
3. We were told we would be upgraded to a solid wooden door but was not. We informed them of the issues above none were addressed.
4. The door was installed by a qualified builder, we were informed that the frame measurements were wrong for the door, we sent the company photos and video evidence but they would not accept this and are blaming the builder’s bad workmanship. They sent us a complicated form which only an experienced door fitter can complete, we told them the form is difficult to complete but they will not accept this.We will be taking matters further, if this company continues to be uncooperative. I would suggest you use other company.

Be sure to read the warranty as not all doors have the same period of 10 years. The oak has5 and the surface will not last more than 6 in my experiance

Absolutely terrible customer service.zac would deliberately put me on hold for 20 minutes at a time.When I'd ring back after 20 minutes he would say I was going to call you.He made it so hard for me to find out about my delivery of the door.when ever I rang he'd make me wait .Seriously terrible customer service.I don't recommend at all.
