Excellent service from Tom yesterday, just moved into a new property to find a seriously blocked drain after plumbing in the washing machine. Tom was very polite, worked quickly and was happy to talk through everything he was doing. Also gave me some excellent advice about my new drains and helped me to identify all the elements I needed to know, ensuring no other problems were lurking before he left. Even cleaned out the drain covers for me to make them easier to move in the future. Highly Recommended.

Very satisfied and pleased with the work carried out. Tom and his team came to our rescue and dealt with an emergency situation, being able to diagnose the issue and rectify within a very short space of time. Communication was brilliant as we was kept informed with every stage of the job. Honest and up front with costing which helped greatly. Tom was great, he arrived within an hour of calling him with the problem, which was a relief after other local company's gave me quotes with upto a 6hr wait. (With kids in the house & only one toilet that was no good)

Tom came round promptly to investigate our blocked drain. It turned out to be a fairly major job replacing the chamber and more. All clearly explained and the work was completed very much to our satisfaction. The team were friendly and efficient and the work was to highest standard and everything left really clean and tidy. I highly recommend.

Shortly after having a new patio laid, our main sewerage drain blocked. Tom came round and put a camera down the drain and reported that the pipes had separated and the whole line needed to be replaced. His team came round, dug up part of the patio to expose the drain pipe, replaced it with solid plastic pipework, and then relaid the patio, all within two days. And the best bit is, you can't see where the patio was dug up. The resulting paperwork and photos supplied, allowed us to successfully claim for the repair on our insurance, even though our insurers had not had the opportunity to look at the problem first. We cannot recommend Tom and his team enough. They were brilliant.
