Can't speak for the service, but can speak for the character of the people working there. We were driving behind a TW Drainage van on Crown Lane, on the 27th of March (1300) and they threw a sandwich box out the passenger window, littering. Photo of van involved attached.

Joe from DW Drainage was curteous and professional. He explained clearly all the sources of the leaks, although he was unable to fix the leak himself. He took the time to photograph all the damage on our property to include on a report to support the urgency of the work. Thanks to his report, the work was completed the next couple of days.

Like some others, just seen a clip of totally unprofessional driving on YouTube with the driver doubling down instead of being polite and admitting his mistakes. Brings shame on your company.

Edit: A response from their Director Billy Ward states they dismissed this driver as soon as they were made aware, it's only fair I amend my review and kudos for the quick response.

Just watched a video of one their drivers performing a dangerous manoeuvre and neatly causing an accident with a motorbike. The driver then proceeds yo act in a threatening manner and use foul language at the rider.
Not a very good example set by your employees of your company values.

Just watched a youtube video where he done a u-turn and almost took out a biker. Then got aggressive with the biker for him almost killing him. If these are the employees they hire, god help any customers and future road users.

Next door neighbour had a blocked drained. TWD come out to unblock drain which resulted in sewage waste coming into our back garden, which covered the whole patio. It went all down the side of the house aswell, where we had a sofa we were waiting to be picked up, which is now covered in sewage waste. Instead of knocking on the door and asking us to MOVE the sofa & other things in our garden, knowing it was going to go everywhere, he decided to get on with the job then leave without cleaning the mess he made in our garden and down side of the house. A little common sense would be great, in future if you know something is going to get covered in waste ask it to be moved beforehand.

5 contractors could not solve my Plumbing problem . Anthony from TWD solved the problem. No more leaks or blockages .Thank You.

Driver LV71 RZB pulled out in-front of school bus. Filled with over 15 children, with a major smell of cannabis coming out of his van. Young lad. Very rude and ignorant at that. Will report this further. TWD drivers under the influence.
