We tried to unblock our own external drains with drain rods to no avail so called upon the experts! Excellent communication from start to finish with the company. A Professional, knowledgeable and friendly engineer attended our home and located the issue with the blocked drains very quickly, keeping us informed throughout with what he was doing and what he had found. Everything was cleaned and sanitised afterwards and we were very happy with the service provided with no hidden costs. The price quoted was very clear and he resolved the issue within the first hour. Would highly recommend!

what a shambles ! employed this company to clean the gutters, twice they failed to turn up, then promised to be "with Me at 12" the 2 guys that turned up were ill equipped to do the work, didnt announce their arrival and proceeded to do the work, left to get on with it I returned shortly afterwards to find 1 of them walking on a fragile roof with a dustpan and brush!! He was immediately asked to come down and to leave site ! it turned out that they were sub contracted by Drain Boss ! not what you'd expect after checking all their references, method statements, insurance etc
Ultimately they have cost Me my Job so not happy and certainly would not recommend them

Nice guy with good attitude. Tricky blockage and we had to dig to find another manhole. Good detection work. Problems solved. Nice work and pleasant people. Recommend.

Had a blocked drain issue so contacted Drainboss in the morning. Attended early afternoon and problem sorted within a few minutes. First class service. Highly recommended.

Had a Downpipe that was blocked solid with moss blown off the roof over the years. The gutter was over following every time it rained.

Contacted Gordon at DrainBoss who was very helpful and arranged a visit the next day. The guy turned up early but called in advance to check that was ok which was actually great. Got the work done within the time quoted and was very friendly and efficient.

Advised of other work that could potentially need doing further investigation but wasn't pushy at all and completely understands everyone is tight on money at the moment.

Highly recommend Drainboss. They have helped us in a couple of stressful situations lately!! Our garage was flooding in the recent storm, and they came in the middle of the night to jet wash the pipe to our soakaway. Despite the miserable weather, the guy who came was helpful and friendly. They've also unblocked our drains - we were so worried about it, but the chap who came knew exactly what he was doing and sorted the problem very efficiently and thoroughly. They're responsive and make their pricing structure really clear upfront.

Obtained several quotes for fixing my drain and decided to go with Drain Boss. Glad I did as Gordon and his team were very customer focused and the guys that did the job were great. Hopefully I will not have any other drain problems but if I do DrainBoss will be first on my list.
