They moved to a new location,so the pictures on Google maps are not accurate anymore. Anyway,i worked here for a year and a half and i can tell that the management here is a joke.

Never ever work here. Poor management at the top level. No one has a clue how to treat staff or even act human. Disgusting place, stay away.

Terrible experience with Lanes working in partnership with Thames Water . At least twenty properties flooding in Drayton Waye Kenton . Lanes attended five times . Sometimes they say that drain is clear . Sometimes say drain is blocked by massive fat berg . Once they spent three hours investigating the wrong drain !! No one takes ownership of this problem . Takes at least one hour to answer phone . Have asked each time for a site meeting because I know exactly where the problem is , but they will not do .

Absolutely shocking service. Lanes for Drains blame AXA Home Insurance, AXA Home Insurance blame Lanes for Drains. Quite frankly, I couldn't care less anymore. 3 times a job for an "emergency" (I'd hate to see how bad their service is for routine jobs) is booked in, and I am given a 6 hour window on a particular day, nobody turns up. 3 times. 3 days taken off work for this nonsense. And on the day they do turn up, they arrive 4 hours after the end of my given window. Badly run service, and I have now been waiting over a week since their latest promised scheduled visit. If Lanes for Drains still blame AXA, then I would urge the depot manager Anette to get Matthew from AXA to give me an urgent ring so we can get all of this resolved. I no longer believe I require your services. What I do require is answers - a thorough explanation, an apology, and compensation for loss of earnings and stress caused - whether this is through yourselves or AXA again doesn't concern me. I'll let you sort that part out amongst yourselves.
