ASL did an amazing job for my elderly mum.

She had a blocked drain in a very inaccessible location . Previous quotes from other companies were far more expensive than ASL.

ASL quoted a reasonable price for the job, they came out promptly and punctually. They were friendly, profession and made my mum feel very comfortable to have at her home.

I had Dan Nye round to survey our drains today. I wish every tradesperson who came to my home were as helpful, courteous and informative as Dan. He thoroughly explained exactly what was going on with my drains and did an excellent job cleaning them out.

I was so happy with his service and attitude and I applaud him for being so friendly and professional.

I would not hesitate in using ASL, and particularly Dan, in the future if I have any drainage issues.

What a great find. ASL came out within a couple of hours of calling to clear a heavily blocked drain. Dan was absolutely amazing. He was polite, knowledgeable and positively determined to unblock the drain using every method and means available. After finally unblocking the drain, he then hosed down the entire area effected by the overflowing waste matter. He went above and beyond, and I will be using ASL again in the near future on another property. The price quoted (extremely reasonable) on their website was the price I paid even though the job took much longer.

I contacted them to fix our Kitchen sink which got blocked last week. They turned up in around 30 mins. The plumber who visited us is such a genius and quickly guessed where the problem is and fixed it in no time. The communication throughout was very good. The price was fixed and reasonable. Overall we are very happy and definitely recommend them. Great service!!

We had Darren from ASL visit this morning. He text well ahead of arrival, was prompt, friendly and very helpful. We've had an issue with a slow running and blocked sink since moving in. He showed and explained exactly what was going, and went the extra mile, gave us really valuable information about our drainage for our upcoming extension, and swiftly dealt with the problem. We are so pleased with the service, highly recommended! 5 stars.

We couldn't have had better service from Dan at ASL. We were his last appointment on a Friday evening (after calling up that morning) and instead of giving up he persevered, resolved our drain blockage and cleared away afterwards. He communicated well throughout (managed our expectations) and was just great all round . I could not recommend him enough and am so grateful for his efforts. Thank you Dan!

My understanding of the different kinds of drainage there are, how they should be connected and what can go wrong if not done correctly has helped me immensely due to Gerry, Mike, Ken, Liam and John of ASL's willingness to share knowledge and expertise. (They are a fun bunch too considering the grim nature of the work they do.)

We needed a drain moved to accommodate some building works and the ASL Limited teams carried out various jobs to inspect, survey and quote for moving the drain and putting in an inspection chamber to access the new positioned drain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!
