Our toilet and bathtub were backing up, and Scotdrain sent their on call engineer (Brendan) around within an hour, he fixed the problem and gave us a load of extra information about our system. Very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable - excellent service!

had a semi blocked toilet which was also draining into the bath. not nice. called scotdrain and gordon arrived the next day and did a brilliant job. old house with weird drains and we were nearly out of ideas but he didn’t give up, and used his experience to locate a completely hidden trap in next door neighbours garden, which when jetted cleared all the back up. and halfway through the job we also had to endure a biblical rain storm. very happy with the job gordon did and he was a cool guy too!

Came the next day and sorted the blockage within an hour. Great guy, talked me through the issue. Highly recommended!

We had a leak/back up of blocked pipe from washing machine. We called first 6 companies on Google but no one available same day and all very expensive. Someone recommended Scot Drain and they were there within an hour and also cost considerably less. Danny was brilliant, so calm and efficient. Also very patient with us in explaining the issue (who knew cat hair from washing machine could cause such a problem!!) Highly recommend Scot Drain Ltd and particularly Danny!!

We were recommended Scot drain for blocked pipe outside toilet,cleared it in no time, excellent service,at least he replied to phone call ,

We had an issue with our kitchen sink/bath waste pipes being fully blocked, which had caused an incorrectly sealed pipe to overflow and leak into the flat below. We initially had another plumber come out to try to resolve the issue, however they recommended Scot Drain to deal with the blockage as they didn't specialise in that area.

Darryl came out the next day and sorted not only the blockage out but removed the unnecessary pipe work causing the leak and tidied up the pipes in the hallway.

He had pulled out and shown us the HUGE snake of hair that had been collecting in the main drain of the block of flats.

Would definitely recommend these guys for fully blocked drains.
