Before undertaking the work, Metro Rod explained what needed to be carried out. Due to the honest approach and high standard of work. I would recommend using them and often do.

Liam was amazing today, he travelled all the way to Cardigan to fix my blocked toilet, he was here about 3 hours was very polite and helpful and made sure the problem was 100% fixed before leaving. He done everything he could to fix it and horray he managed to fix it for me. Soo happy as I have anxiety and he really helped me out. Deffo recommend. Thank you for coming out so quick 😁

Nicholas and Matthew are 2 of the most helpful and friendliest people. They are a credit and very hatd working. I had a rod stuck down my seweage pipe and through their hard work and expertise managed to retrieve the pipe. Metro Rod were the only company who were willing to sort my blocked sewage drain. They even arrived 3 hours earlier than booked. Scott and Rhys quickly sorted the issue and upon further inspection found a piece of wood was blocking the drain, they jet washed it through and back to normal.
