I rang Drainrod early Saturday morning. They were very helpful and arranged a visit early afternoon. The engineer was very efficient and the service was very good. Within 15 minutes he had cleared the blockage for me . First class service and not expensive . Would highly recommend this company and will defiantly use them in future.

Fantastic service, called for a blocked drain on a bank holiday, reasonable out of hours callout fee. Chris who came to clear the blockage was professional quick and hosed down the mess. will used again if i have a blocked drain.

Have used Drainrod for around a decade now. Always a great service at a great price. Have always turned up on the day they were called, usually within an hour or two, which for us is a huge bonus!

We had a serious drainage issue in glan llyn and the property developer and company we pay maintenance for were useless and unable to help us with our blocked drains over the new year weekend. We rang drainrod Ltd for advice and got just that from Tyler and then eventually had to get someone out to assist. Chris arrived and diagnosed the issue straight away and also advised where the issue potentially started. Really happy with the service and you guys have really helped us on New Year’s Day! I have been using Drainrod to empty the septic tank annually since 1992 and they have never let me down. Quick to respond and have always carried out an efficient service leaving the garden and driveway clean in all respects. Helpful, friendly service from start to finish - so all I can say to sum up is - recommended.

We had a blocked drain and needed someone out quickly to clear it. Drainrod were with us first thing the following morning and had it cleared in no time! The staff on the phone were very helpful and the guy that came out was supper friendly and cheerful, despite having to get the truck up a very steep, narrow and twisty lane. Couldn't be happier with the service and at a very reasonable price!

Local company found online and able to help me out with domestic drain blockage within 48 hours. The team that cleared the blockage were first class. Kept me well informed and all cleared down and cleaned up in set time. Call-out/.hourly rate a bit more expensive than others but they have a way of adding costs on once they arrive. Drainrod said they'd clear it for the price and they did it on time and with good site operation.
