Outstanding professionalism and expertise from Shaun and such an upbeat personality! We were so stressed out with having been let down by another company to unblock a pipe, which was causing a serious leak. We had visitors due the next day to add to the stress and from the moment Shaun arrived, we knew we were in capable hands - nothing was too much, and he made us laugh all the while - we would highly recommend and will be saving his number - thank you Shaun, you’re a super star!

Shaun and Mike did an amazing job in excavating and repairing a cracked L bend waste pipe. The excavated area was put back to how it was and eveything made tidy. Shaun was very transparent on the effort and costs required throughout and provided us with plenty of assurance. The job was carried out on time and with great quality. Very friendly and professional service all round. Recommended!

Shaun and Mike sorted out a nightmare blockage for us as an emergency, and then returned to do the longer-term fix for us. Reasonable prices and very neat work, despite it being a really difficult job due to location of damaged pipe and the age of the house. I really hope we don't need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to hire them if we did!

Excellent service from Daily Drains. I called Craig at 6.30pm on a Saturday evening to fix a blocked drain. He came out at 8.30pm and had fixed everything by 9.30pm. He walked me through each part of the job and explained what I needed to do to moving forwards. The price was very reasonable - given it was an emergency job too. I would definitely recommend Daily Drains to others and will be using them again for any future drain issues. Thanks again, Craig!
