Couldn't have picked a better place to go for my daughter's prom dress. Spacious and relaxed welcoming experience, lots to choose from, and you really get the full experience of what it should be to take your daughter out shopping for a prom dress. They really look after you in here, and I'd easily pick her over other local competitors based on that. And it's the little things that she's thought of, that really sets her out from the rest. Highly recommended.

Little lolls was truly amazing! From the moment I stepped through the doors, right up until the day of my prom they couldn’t do enough to help. Such friendly staff and a stunning selection of dresses. The staff had an expert opinion on recommending dresses that suited me the best. After a horrible experience at a previous shop in which I felt rushed and disappointed, little lolls put my mind at ease with excellent service and a satisfying experience. Without hesitation, I would recommend little lolls to everyone. Here, I found my dream dress and had such an amazing prom. Thank you little lolls! ✨

Great service in every way. Fantastic selection of dresses and great fitting rooms. Fun, friendly and very helpful approach.
We were kept informed all along and even though WE were slow at getting everything sorted for the alterations fitting, they still managed to have the dress ready for us in time. I highly recommend Little Lolls Boutique!

Little Lolls is simply an amazing experience from the get go. Kind, helpful and friendly staff, a fantastic selection of gorgeous dresses, and the store is set up to make your dress selection a wonderful experience. They have changing rooms which become a mini cat walk, sofas, refreshments and you don't ever feel rushed or pressured. The staff and service are simply superb! Thoroughly enjoyed what can sometimes be an exhausting experience. Thanks Lauren and team.

Having come on to leave feedback i can only say that i am shocked to read the negative reviews, i find it hard to believe it is the same shop that i have been dealing with.
Can i say i have been in the shop on several occasions and witnessed the staff receiving abuse from parents and i have only witnessed staff respond with respect and compassion even when i feel the parents have been in the wrong. If you go to a restaurant for a meal and they cook it and you change your mind it tough, so what makes you think you can order a dress and keep changing your mind. I hate the sense of self entitlement that people have now and unfortunately kids learn behaviours from their parents( Yay cant wait for the next self entitled Generation coming through!!) . These girls have been working long hours to fulfil the orders, the problem today is everyone is out for a freebie and do not want to pay for a service they have been provided.
I was so happy when i found Little Lolls , my daughter is very shy and self conscious about her size and i thought we would struggle to get a dress. The staff made us feel welcome and worked with us to provide a dress that made her feel a million dollars.
I would not listen to the negative reviews, and suggest you try it for yourself, i can not recommend it enough they have gone above and beyond to make our experience a good one and i could not be more grateful.
I have asked for alterations so i expect to pay for these as i am modifying the dress. The staff always offer their opinion and if you choose to ignore this , you cant complain when your choices are not right.
Before you abuse the staff think how you would feel if this was your Daughter/sister working in there, no abuse is acceptable and people that have behaved in this manner should be ashamed of themselves.

Couldnt have asked for a better selection of dresses and service from the staff. The shop and changing room areas were beautiful and nothing was too much to ask to the lovely ladies who helped us including arranging alterations. 10/10 experience from start to finish would recommend to anyone and everyone
