Emma is absolutely amazing her customer service is outstanding. I had two appointments to find a dress for my step son wedding which was no problem to Emma. She gave me advice on what she thought was the correct dress for the occasion. All her dresses are sample dress as she orders in a brand new dress for you.
I can't thank you enough for your advice and patience you made something that I thought was going to difficult an amazing experience. A very big thank you .

What an amazing little shop, we went to find the perfect prom dress our daughter was looking for and we found it.... 😍😍 Emma was so patient and so helpful even though the perfect dress was the last one to be tried on. For a little shop there is a lot of choice and the dresses are absolutely stunning.

The customer service from Emma was outstanding. I was surprised by how much choice I had. I had little time to order a dress but the selection of off the peg dresses was amazing. Came here with my Mum to look for my wedding dress. Emma was absolutely brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable without putting any pressure on me. She gave me lots of time and space to try on and deliberate, as there were so many beautiful dresses to choose from. The only thing that could have made the experience even better would have been to have more heaters in the room as it was very cold. However this didn't take away from a very special experience, and I found the perfect dress! Thankyou Emma :)
