Absolutely Horrendous.
Took my Wedding dress there to be re-sized and it has been stained, also bought a Veil which they sold me as Brand new and when we got home realized there was foundation on the clip and obvious wear out of it!!

My wife bought a new Crystal Breeze prom dress in this shop 2 months ago. They wanted a cash payment for the dress to which my wife paid. The shop wanted to retain the dress in case it needed altering prior to the prom. For the next six weeks my wife tried several times to pick up the dress but was met with various excuses as to why she couldn't have it. A week before the prom my wife went to pick up the dress but was unable to as she was told the dressmaker had to make some alterations and that the dress would need ironing. This remember is a new dress. The wife smelled a rat and picked up the dress from the dressmaker. To her horror she found the dress in a pitiful state. The bottom of the dress was damaged with heel marks. The inside of the dress was torn along with tears to the straps and badly pulled stitching. A pathetic attempt had been made to repair all this damage using brightly coloured orange thread. The dress was shown to an independent dressmaker who was disgusted that the shop had tried to pawn off an obviously old second hand damaged dress as a new dress. My wife took the dress back to the shop and was given some pathetic bullshit excuses. One that this was how the shop received the dress from the manufacturer. I spoke to the London company who produce these dresses. Their representative could not believe her ears when I explained what the shop had said and assured me that was a complete nonsense . I would warn any future customer who intend to use this shop to be very weary. What they did to us was dishonest and deceitful with a total lack of morality especially when it meant ruining a little girls dream night. Shame on you!!.

Had dress fitting today with Linda. What a beautiful experience. I'm not one for shopping but Linda took the task in hand and made the whole experience enjoyable and fabulous. She listened to my ideas threw in a few of her experienced one and within twenty minutes I found my perfect dress. I had my eight year old daughter with me who also tried on a few dresses. A thoroughly relaxed and the best shopping experience a mother of the bride could ever wish for.. Highly recommended for quality and personalized shopping. Thank you so much for your time and experience Linda you turned me into a very glamorous mother of the bride. Many thank xx

Linda who owns the shop is so amazing. She is honest and won't sell you something if it doesn't suit you. She is helpful and friendly.
