Lovely shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Went with my daughter tried on lots of dresses but unfortunately her school are not having a prom this year but they were happy for her to try any dresses just in case the school change there minds 🙏 appointment recommended. Huge range of dresses in lots of colours. They have a list of who buys what dress for a school so only one dress will be sold, no doubles on the night 😍

After a disappointing experience at another store, my daughter was very anxious on going to another. I booked and explained the situation and the ladies were absolutely amazing and so understanding. They let us pull what felt like hundreds of dresses (probably more like 10-15) and did not rush her and left her go at her own pace. After only trying on the first dress, she was much more relaxed. We had an absolutely amazing day and she finally said yes!!! Jules and Jess thank you both so much x

Gorgeous selection of dresses and accessories at terrifically reasonable prices. The staff are so pleasant, helpful and attentive without being overbearing or pushy. My daughter and I were amazed by the vast selection of beautiful gowns to suit all shapes, sizes and budgets. We went in looking for something fairly specific but came away with a completely different style and colour of prom dress which truly delighted my daughter, thanks to the suggestions of the lovely staff. They made her feel so special and had all the time in the world for her. I cannot recommend Loumor Gowns highly enough, they make the Prom dress shopping a really lovely fun experience and we left with far more money still in our purse that we ever imagined. Thank you

Fantastic service. The shop has so many gowns in different styles and colours to suit everyone. Louise was so helpful and patient and my daughter was able to try on as many gowns as she wanted to ensure she had THE right dress.
