If I could offer Zero stars I would. Do yourself a favour and use a local company, just bulk block 👍🏽
We booked an intensive course with Pass me ‘Slow’ nearly a year ago & we finally managed to get a test and Instructor booked in November. The instructor contacted us and we explained that we would like to complete the hours 6 weeks prior to the test. He agreed and booked for early March.
2 weeks before the course was due to start, we contacted the instructor to confirm, he messaged to say that he was on holiday and Pass me fast would need to reallocate an instructor.
Pass me fast confirmed they would contact me within the next 3 days and I didn’t hear a thing. I called again and they confirmed they’d call me back. Again, nothing.
We arranged a bulk booking with a local instructor and I requested my deposit back, minus the test payment.
I have been advised that Pass Me Fast offer a practical only course and this is charged at £150?! Sorry, but there isn’t an instructor to even offer this. I will be contacting trading standards.

I started my journey with PassMeFast in March of 2022 and was legally on the roads by June! They guided me through both my theory and practical test, keeping me well informed and up-to-date with information about my course. Customer service team was always friendly and helpful! My instructor was beyond amazing… kind, flexible, professional and great company to have in the passenger seat!

Highly recommend this service, was given an exceptional driving instructor and passed first time! Felt really confident on the day of my test after having 2 hours per day for 5 days before my test. I highly recommend doing 2 hour lessons and having them regularly on the lead up to your test.

Do not get sucked into the positive reviews. If you pay in full you are then at risk of loosing your money if the instructor doesn't fulfill the lessons. This happened to us, bought 30 hours had one test in own car as instructor wouldn't take take her. (failed). Only 15 hours were used but pass me fast paid the instructor in full so said i need to contact them for a refund. No response from instructor so reminded this company that my contract was with them as the money went from my bank direct to pass me fast. They acknowledged 15 hours are outstanding but no availability. An instructor can easily report all hours were taken even if not and there is no recourse no protection as a pass me fast customer. The hassle is not worth it and i am out around £600. Better off paying week by week when lessons are taken the conventional way, no risk. As consumer rights state that is still the companies responsibility even if they use and pay a 3rd party i am taking this to small claims... don't risk it. You may end up one that gets a positive experience but if you don't you will regret it!! Pass me fast do not want to help at all. What they should do is refund my money and recoup losses back from instructor. Don't risk it and it is a risk.

Just passed my test on the 9th just gone! So over the moon, can't lie. I actually didn't think I'd of passed so quickly. Booked my lessons around May for a block course. 3/4 months later I'm a legal driver ! 💪🏽😁

My previous review is down below; So far so good really. I've been assigned to an amazon driving instructor (Alaa) Great at teaching and very professional. I've paid for the 25 hour booking and got my test booked in.
So pleased I've gone with this company.

I started my journey with pass me fast in November 2021 with little experience. I got a test date really fast after that considering all the backlog but I wasn’t test ready. I continued working with the instructor given to me who was a very good and made it easy to learn. Pass me fast constantly updates me on anything related to me dis doing a test date and customer support were really friendly. Overall would 100% recommend. Finally passed and couldn’t be happier !!!!!

Great company 👌 Bought 35 hours last November before the driving industry got a shock by overwhelming bookings for test. Pass Me Fast worked fast on securing me a theory test within the 1st month. Once I passed the communication was great keeping me posted while they navigate the practical test backdated booking. Eventually I was secured a test date and an instructor. They had put in touch with a local instructor who was fantastic and patient and helped me secure the goal of passing me fast. Very Happy with the price and with the service and would highly recommend for all ages.

I booked with pass me fast in July and they got my test for November. I was assigned an instructor and he got in touch with me promptly. My instructor Anjum was very good. He was very calm and knowledgeable and help me loads. My test date was changed as the examiner quit so it was re arranged for a week later. I passed first time so all in all everything went really well. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a quick pass.
