The company does not pay its locums (on time). I worked for one of their stores in January 2022, I called the head office at the end of February to see if they would pay for the shift and they said that my invoice was on the top of the plie and that I should receive the payment the following week. However, no payment yet.
On top of that, they no longer answer their phones.

Why advertise a shift if you're not going to pay your locums.

Hi, I never left any negative feedback in my life. This is my first ever negative feedback. I worked as a Locum for this company one day in April, still they haven’t paid me yet. Every time when I call them they come up with mind blowing stories. Please I ask all the Locum dispensers, we got lot of opportunities through Zen Locum and Locate a Locum, don’t work for this company, if you do so forget about your payment. Worst place ever to work for. They don’t care how much people go through in the life for money, specially at current market inflation. Please don’t work any pharmacy belong to pillbox.

I also worked as a locum a while ago and had to wait more than 2 months to be paid. The payment was done after I spoke with too many people.

Hands down THE WORST company to work for as a locum pharmacist. I warn all locum pharmacists and dispensers from this company and will continue to do so. They haven’t paid me until now for a shift I did 3 months ago in July. They are rude, unprofessional and liars. Everytime I call or email I get the same excuses and lies that they are in meetings or not in or gone out. I will be taking legal action against them. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT work for them. Locate a locum should be ashamed for still putting their shifts up and letting pharmacists and dispensers get conned.

Pillbox don’t pay their locum pharmacists. They expect us to work the shift and claim we will be payed in 30 days but it’s all a lie.

Avoid working locum shifts for them if you want your money

Locum Pharmacist here and all the reviews are correct. Going on 2 and a half months and no pay, have had to take legal action. Be warned... don't take shifts with this company if you're expecting to be paid on time.

I did Wellman Profile blood test through Patient Access. They charged me £125. First thing first I had to chase 3 times for the result to be shared with me. Once reviewed the result, found that many tests were not performed as per their adertisement. I tried to chase but no response. I will never ever recommend anyone to use Pillbox Chemist. One of the worst I have ever experienced

I wish there was such thing as no star, how can you enslave a locum and not pay them. What is the essence of posting jobs if you are not ready to pay.
This is real cruelty. Nobody should ever take shifts from them.
Bad management.
I'll surely sue this people.
